I Would Like To Close My "Try It" Account

Dear MS Office DEV Centre Community

This week I uninstalled the "Try It" before buy it MS Office application Visio 2013, (May I say that there is no reference option to the MS Office Visio 2013, but there is to MSO Visio 2010) and I would like to know where I can close my MSO Visio account for the trial version.

I am not sure if by closing the application early, if I will be able to install the application back on a trial version to complete my full trial time, as I haven't had the chance to try it out over the period I obtained the account for it.

I do understand the direction to having the option to try it before buy it, is easy to accomplish, in hope that the application can be sold.

But the should also be an option at hand and with ease to also cancel the account.

I will want to buy it in the future, but there is no chance of learning as much as I could about it's use unless I purchase this item, as it is not geared to students and only enterprise/business.

I had already installed it in my main used account of which I can no longer do and MSO Visio has been affecting my subscription with MSO 365 applications of my other account address, because the addresses are clashing.

I would like to close the account for my MSO Visio 2013 please.

Hi,

Based on the description, it seems you applied for a trial version of Visio but didn't have time to actually try it. Now you need to apply for another trial version of it. Do I understand correctly?

I'm not sure how you applied for the trial version of Visio. If it's from TechNet Evaluation Center, the account you mentioned should be a Microsoft Account, it's like xxx@outlook.com or xxx@hotmail.com. I don't know how to cancel the account, but as far as I can tell, each Microsoft Account should have one chance to test the trial version, if you want another full trial time, you need to use another Microsoft Account.

If I misunderstood anything, please feel free to let me know.
